We're at the end of one of the most difficult years in recent (and not so recent) memory. As we get ready for 2021, here are some forward-thinking trends and ideas to consider while the holidays kick into high gear.

  1. In 2021, empathy is the new black. 2020 has forced many companies across a variety of industries to re-evaluate their attitudes regarding contact centers and customer touchpoints.   2. In person vs. virtual: What's the better trade show? The show must go on, even with social distancing restrictions in place. But as we start to lurch toward normalcy, will it be so easy to cease virtual events once we reunite? Here are the pros and cons of both methods
