We are actively hiring for Health Insurance Call Center Agents at our Saginaw, Michigan, offices – full-time permanent roles with excellent benefits. You can make a difference during this time of great need by providing vital support to health insurance policyholders and medical providers!
Your virtual interview will be just like one you’d have on site with us. A Morley Talent Acquisition team member will tell you all about the role and working at Morley, go through a series of interview questions with you, and help answer any questions you have.
Minimum qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Two years of customer service experience
- Computer and typing skills
- Availability to work shifts between the hours of 11 a.m. and 11 p.m. Monday through Sunday.
- Ability to attend on-site training as well as regularly work on site in Saginaw, Michigan
