Scope of Build
A comprehensive, 30'x 40' double-decker exhibit designed to provide a functional and visually appealing space for meetings, broadcasts and relaxation, showcasing the brand effectively.
Morley handled the logistics, management of on-site services, installation and dismantle, on-site assistance during the show and inspection and storage on return from the show.
Description: The project involved constructing a sophisticated double decker exhibit featuring a variety of functional and aesthetic elements. The structure included:
- Upper Level: Meeting space
- Lower Level: Air-conditioned workspace.
Features
- Broadcast booth with a custom floating desk in front of a clear acrylic wall and a 3' tall Automotive News logo
- Deck seating area with an outdoor soft seating on composite decking, a boxwood accent wall and a halo-lit AN logo
- LVT concrete flooring with inlay and tall cocktail rounds
- Round bar with seating and storage
- Storage closet under the stairs
- Storage cabinets on both floors
- Two mini refrigerator areas
- 98" monitor
- LED ticker

Installation
Two installation technicians dedicated a total of 10 days, including travel, installation, show days and dismantling. On-site, they collaborated with a crew of riggers, electricians and six laborers to set up the exhibit in three days and dismantle it in two.
Project Management
A Morley program manager oversaw the project, maintaining communication with the client throughout the year to ensure all details were addressed.
