Key Responsibilities
Mission & Catholic identity leadership: guiding faith formation and ensuring Catholic identity is active and visible in daily school life.
Academic leadership: strengthening teaching and learning through high expectations, clear support and ongoing faculty development.
Culture & student life: fostering a consistent and welcoming student experience that supports belonging, clear expectations and accountability rooted in dignity and respect.
Athletics & co-curricular alignment: stewarding athletics as part of student formation while keeping excellence balanced with mission and academics.

Results-oriented expectations: When students are not on campus, there is flexibility in where work is completed, as long as responsibilities are met and work gets done.
