A hotel designed for those who “thirst for new experiences,” Hotel Distil is opening soon and accepting reservations.

The hotel’s 161 king rooms, 33 queen rooms and 11 suites offer custom amenities and timeless, locally inspired décor.

Eight event rooms are available, including a 5,000-square-foot Grand Ballroom (not vehicle accessible) and a 2,300-square-foot outdoor terrace with all-season heating and a private bar. Three additional venues give meeting planners 11,000 square feet of useable space for events of up to 540 people. The Barrel Room, a signature private dining experience, is ideal for VIP tastings and special occasions.

Other highlights include Repeal, an oak-fired steakhouse, and Bitters End, a rooftop bar serving small plates and cocktails featuring housemade bitters.
