This new offering from W Hotels features 346 guestrooms, including 50 suites. Of two presidential suites (the W-branded Extreme WOW Suites), one will be a 1,660-square-foot penthouse. For events, the hotel offers 13,500 square feet of flexible meeting space (not vehicle accessible), including a 3,600-square-foot event terrace.
