Tampa Welcomes JW Marriott to Downtown

Opening in 2020, the JW Marriott Tampa will be part of a $3 billion development in the Water Street Tampa neighborhood.

The new resort in Tampa, Florida, will offer 519 rooms, a full-service restaurant and a four-story atrium. Corporate gatherings will enjoy more than 100,000 square feet of meeting space including Tampa’s largest hotel ballroom, which measures 30,000 square feet (vehicle accessibility TBD). Amenities will include a full-service spa, fitness center, event lawn, pool and sun terrace, and indoor/outdoor restaurant.
