Construction on the new hotel and conference center will begin in August 2018 and is slated for completion by 2020.
The four-star Sandestin Hotel and Conference Center will offer 250 rooms, a restaurant, a rooftop pool and bar, a luxury spa and a fitness facility. Groups will enjoy over 20,000 square feet of meeting space, including a 13,000-square-foot ballroom (vehicle accessibility TBD). The adjacent, existing Baytowne Conference Center already offers 30,000 square feet of space and will allow the new Sandestin resort to provide additional rooms for larger groups. The project is being developed by Sandestin Investments, owners of the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort where this new hotel will be located.

Hailed as luxurious and exclusive, the Conrad Fort Lauderdale Beach offers 290 all-suite accommodations featuring gourmet kitchens, Italian marble bathrooms and a balcony or terrace. The hotel is home to 10 flexible function rooms totaling 10,000 square feet and a 20,000-square-foot Sky Deck space on the sixth floor.
