Set to open in early 2022, this new luxury hotel will reside in Cityplace Tower, a 42-story mixed-use building in the Uptown neighborhood of Dallas.

The five-star InterContinental Hotel Group will reimagine the space to provide a retreat in the middle of the vibrant and dynamic community. The resort will have 223 luxury guestrooms and upscale amenities, as well as private and public meeting areas designed with executive business needs in mind. Guests can immerse themselves in the resort experience, partaking in a planned outdoor pool, fitness center, business center and club lounge. The hotel's premier location will feature sweeping panoramic views of the Dallas skyline and the town's most desirable live-work-play communities with shops, restaurants and office buildings. The experience will encompass the additional planned features of the building, including concourse-level restaurants, on-site retail and enhanced grounds. 

Abundant indoor function space will include a ballroom and banquet space with large windows and a main entrance porte-cochère for valet operations. Exact square footage and vehicle accessibility to be determined.
