As the country begins to slowly open up, we’re looking ahead at some hot hotel properties arriving in 2021. One of them is Aman’s latest urban sanctuary, Aman New York, aiming for a 2021 open.

If you’re familiar with the Aman brand, you know it places natural settings, historical reverence, and a sense of privacy and belonging first and foremost with all of its properties. Aman New York is no exception, and it has carved a space in the Big Apple within the Crown Building (former home of the Museum of Modern Art) on the corner of Fifth Avenue and 57th Street.
For the NY novice, that’s the heart of Manhattan, overlooking the edge of beautiful Central Park.
As it hasn’t formally opened yet, its website isn’t as robust as similar hotels in the area, but we can tell you the following amenities Aman New York will feature:
- The hotel’s 83 guestrooms are designed and furnished with attention to the Crown Building’s history and architecture
- Over 7,000 square feet of outdoor dining space, as well as a private members club
- A three-story, 2,300-square-foot spa, and a 20-meter swimming pool surrounded by fire pits and daybeds
