The former Fess Parker Hotel, a Doubletree by Hilton resort in Santa Barbara, California, is now complete and taking reservations.

The eight villa-style buildings that comprise the resort have 360 newly renovated guestrooms and 20,000 square feet of exhibit space (vehicle accessible), with the largest meeting room (11,960 square feet) featuring 180-degree ocean views. The ballrooms offer rigging points for audio/visual and 500 mbs of internet bandwidth.  The resort also features a tennis court, the region’s largest pool and a fitness room.
